If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits under the following conditions:

RETURN DIFFERENCE

The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If the item is returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional cost;

Full-price items are eligible for a full refund;

FULL PRICE

Full-price items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit;

SALE ITEMS

Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotion are only eligible for store credit or exchange;

CLEARANCE SALE

Items marked as "clearance sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. If items are returned despite this policy, the items will be shipped back to you at an additional cost;

PROMO CODE

Orders placed with a promotional code that provides a discount on the order (excluding our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for store credit or exchange;

SWIM

All swimwear must be tried on with underwear on, the protective sanitary strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be returned;

RETURN SHIPPING

We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure that you can return the items within the return timeframe.

Original shipping costs are not refundable and the cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. citylln.com is not responsible for missed inbound deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or trackable mail as return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by citylln.com.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process refunds daily, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by you receiving a faulty product. Please contact our customer service support@citylln.com with your order number and pictures of the defect and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
